Technique of stimulation of treatment-and-prophylactic establishments depending on effective management of budgetary funds on the basis of proportional financing

The article points out that authority of various levels have to limit growth of the budgetary expenses against adverse economic conditions last years. The most important condition of development of the budgetary system of the Russian Federation in such situation is increase of efficiency of use of budgetary funds. Expenses on health care occupy about a quarter of expenses of territorial budgets. The authors present the technique of material stimulation of the treatment-and-prophylactic establishments (TAPE) depending on effective management of budgetary. The offered technique can interest heads of the budgetary establishments in increase of productivity of rendering medical services, and also in work on more economical use of budgetary funds.
