The article presents the results of author's research on the formation, placement and expenditure of the Reserve Fund of the Russian Federation. The author gives the assessment of management efficiency by fund and expediency of realization of the mechanism of the Reserve Fund of the Russian Federation within anti-cyclic financial policy of the state.
