Improvement of the methodology of distribution of subventions to state the authority to provide services to the civil registry office (on the example of Sverdlovsk oblast)

The research of factors of the Sverdlovsk region is considered in the article, its define the territorial specifics of the region and influences on the quality and quantity of public services public-legal entities. On the basis of the research and surveys of employees of the registry office of the Sverdlovsk region defined territorial specifics of the region, which should be guided by the public authorities in the allocation of subventions to the authority to provide public services.
