In article it is emphasized that development of the world market with its numerous sectors involves growth of volume of currency, credit, financial settlement transactions. The detailed description the forfeytingovykh of transactions is submitted. It is noted that forfeyting it is possible to apply practically in any sphere at a stage of an exit to the new markets in which payment risks are still unknown or unacceptable for the exporter. Forfeyting development in Russia is considered.
