Assessment of formation of profitable base of the local budget (on materials of municipality of the city district "Syktyvkar")

In article the problem of formation of profitable base of local budgets rises. On materials of municipality of the city district "Syktyvkar" the structure, structure and dynamics of the income of the local budget for 2009-2012 are investigated, key factors of decrease in profitable base are revealed. Offers and recommendations about strengthening of profitable base of the local budget which will allow to define optimum option of functioning of local government, to improve mechanisms of formation and use of financial resources of municipality are developed.
