Article is devoted to studying of features of construction and introduction of the balanced system of indicators as innovative instrument of realization of financial strategy of the enterprises of the food industry. Stages of realization of financial strategy are considered when using the balanced system of indicators and the main indicators recommended for the analysis at the enterprises of the food industry are allocated.
