In article authors consider Bank of Russia in the status of the mega regulator of the financial market. Also authors make an attempt to estimate some consequences of creation of the mega regulator of the financial market on the basis of Bank of Russia, express the relation to transfer to it practically all state regulating and control and supervising powers in the financial market, state the vision of ways of reforming of system of state regulation, control and supervision in this sphere of domestic economy.
