In article the problem of a choice of value of the currency rate for use in financial and investment calculations is analyzed. For the purpose of its decision the technique of determination of the private currency rate is offered. The term «private currency rate» is formulated. The method of determination of coefficient of adjustment of the currency rate is developed. It is offered to use a technique of determination of the private currency rate for measurement of efficiency of the exchange market.
