Development of forms of quality assessment of regional public financial management

In the article the operating technique of an assessment of quality of financial management in territorial subjects of the Russian Federation is analyzed. The proposals on its improvement are generalized. The recommendations on the account in this technique of distinctions in basic indicators of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation, structures of debt loading, productivity of the budgetary programming, degree of innovation of the budgetary processes, volume of the budgetary violations, openness and publicity of the budgetary sphere are made.
