Insurance of liability for failure to fulfill obligations on payment of wages to workers in the case of bankruptcy of the organization

This paper considers the possibility of providing by insurance companies services of risk insurance to cover the damage on unpaid wages and severance payments to workers in the case of bankruptcy of the employer. The author shows the calculation and the feasibility study of basic insurance rates for the development of guarantee funds to compensate employees for wage arrears.
