Management of regional risks in implementing the financial policy in the innovative sphere

The article investigates the issues of management by financial risks of the innovative sphere in system to regional economy are investigated. It is noted that the effective policy of a regional risk management within financing of innovative activity has to seek for optimization of the cost of risks from the point of view of maximizing result from implementation of the innovative project. The need of use of adequate methods of information support of a complex assessment of risks and opportunities of modern information systems is emphasized.
