In the article the features risk - the focused approach to regulation of investment activity of the non-state pension funds (NSPF) with the established contributions reveal. Possibilities of use in the Russian conditions of foreign experience of stress testing and limitation of VaR of investment portfolios of NPF are estimated. New approach to regulation of investments NPF based on an assessment of probability of unprofitability of a portfolio on the investment horizon, corresponding to the moment of a retirement of participants of fund is offered.
