Analysis of socio-economic factors of income of local budgets

In the article it is noted that one of key questions of public finance of federal states, including Russia, formation of the income of local budgets. The factors defining level of the income of local budgets are revealed. On the basis of the analysis of social and economic development of municipal regions of the Kirov region with use of economical and statistical methods the regression model of the income of budgets of the specified areas taking into account heterogeneity of levels of their social and economic development is constructed.
