In the process of formation of an International financial centre in Moscow one of the main tasks which were set by the market was the formation of a well-developed infrastructure of the securities market corresponding to the world standards. Now in Russia the centralized post-trading infrastructure is formed by the market and regulator. In this article the author on the basis of novels in financial legislation in the field of financial markets determine the problems of further development of the custodian and settlement institutions and the main tasks of the new regulator as well as the influence of the Central Securities Depository on the further development of the market.
