Theoretical and methodological aspects of estimating a potential of high school business

The article is proved that in the vagueness conditions of social and economic processes it is necessary for high school to address to business which allows to reform constantly industrial, administrative, technological decisions. The economic relations resulting management by business of high school were an object of research of authors. Proceedings of domestic and foreign scientists, the data of the statistical reporting, and also results of approbation of the method of estimating a potential of high school business became a theoretical and methodological basis of work. The recommendations presented in the article can be used for maintenance of development of the "entrepreneurial university" and increases of potential of high school business.
