The article is devoted to the analysis of cross-border transactions of merges and absorption between Russia and Gulf States. Cross-border transactions of merges and absorption for 2001-2013 are analyzed and characteristic tendencies in a specific and regional cut, and also as transactions are revealed. The positive effect from increase in volumes and number of similar transactions between the countries are revealed.
