Money as operating element of system of prices and financial and economic relations

In the article the financial market which has become the major sphere of reproduction and pricing in the world which increasing influence on economy is defined by the price of money in the market and the debt mechanism of their redistribution is analyzed. Amplifying owing to an increasing role of financial sector of asymmetry of cash flows stimulate divergence of distribution of wealth and it and condensation at small groups of economic agents, resulting in inevitability of crisis of all system of managing. The architecture, the key purposes and problems of a state policy of the prices in the financial market which have to become part of the state economic policy and strategy of financial and economic safety in Russia are developed.
