Financial maintenance of mechanisms of public-private partnership in education

In the article it is noted that the higher education role especially increases during formation of economy of knowledge, prompt development of technologies and growth of requirement for new abilities and qualifications. Therefore it is so important to combine efforts of the state, business, education for effective functioning of economic system. One of the most perspective forms of the solution of this problem is the state-private partnership (SPP) which in education takes only the first steps. On the basis of generalization and the analysis of practice of the SPP projects in Russia the main conclusions about forms and funding mechanisms for education are formulated.
