Complex diagnostics and investment appeal of the subject of RF: current state, problems and priorities (on materials of the republic of Dagestan)

In the article the main macroeconomic indicators of social and economic development of one of key subjects of North Caucasus federal district - the Republics of Dagestan are analyzed and the assessment of the prospects of development of the republic in the conditions of strengthening of integration processes, increase of a role and value of regional level of national economies is given. The main problems constraining investment and innovative activity in the republic are revealed. Elements of foreign experience of innovative development of economy from the point of view of opportunities of their use in territorial subjects of the Russian Federation are considered. Criteria of an assessment of efficiency of implementation of target programs of development of the region are added. The complex of scientific and practical recommendations about improvement of investment and innovative policy of the subject of Federation is reasonable. The conclusion about need of expansion of volumes and scales of regulation of investment and innovative activity at federal and regional levels by means of realization of system approach, and also measures of organizational and economic and legal character is formulated.
