In the article the provisions opening the content of interaction and cooperation of financial intermediaries, allowing to approach to allocation and consideration of forms of interaction and cooperation as to defining factors of expansion of financial intermediaries through satisfaction of clients and the offer of the standardized or complex products and services are presented.
