Control of assets and implementation of investment projects within structure of closed mutual investment fund

In the article the main advantages of implementation of investment projects through the closed mutual investment fund (CMIF) structure are defined. The problem of preservation of control of assets and implementation of investment projects is considered. Possible options of the organization of work about ZPIF providing complete control full or nearly over its assets are analyzed: creation of the closed mutual investment fund for the qualified investors, ZPIF formation in holding structure.
