Strategic aims in development of treasury: objective necessity, advantages and problems of their realization

In the article it is noted that due to the increasing role of Federal Treasury in a control system of public finances of problems of improvement of treasury technology, creation and introduction of modern information systems of cash performance of budgets gained special relevance. During systematization of the large-scale purposes and problems of development of Federal Treasury, the treasury role in management of the budget is specified, possibility of extension of the content of treasury control regarding carrying out audit of efficiency of expenses of the budget locates, features of functioning of UFK are determined by the territorial subject of the Russian Federation on the example of the Rostov region. The conclusion is drawn that the need of further development of treasury technologies of the budgetary payments for the purpose of increase of management efficiency by public finance.
