Policy of liberalization and encouragement of investments as factor of stimulation of inflow of foreign capital in Russian economy

In the article the analysis of foreign investments as factor of stimulation of development of economy of Russia is carried out. Classification and systematization of forms and methods of implementation of each type of foreign investment serves is methodology of. On the basis of it the priority applied directions of policy of liberalization in the field of foreign investments are allocated. The conclusion is drawn that the most rectilinear option for conducting vigorous commercial activity in the Russian Federation is creation of the Russian commercial organization with foreign investments. The policy of liberalization and encouragement of investments remains a dominating element of the investment policy conducting to economic growth of the country.
