Moral institutions in A.L. Schlozer's financial ideas and public activities

In the article german scientist's, teacher's and publicist's norms of scientific creativity and moral institutions in financial ideas and public work are revealed and proved. It is proved that the love to the person, the country, science, unselfishness, diligence were the main motives of A. L. Schlozer's behavior. All of this allowed him to define and formulate norms of scientific creativity which were apprehended by domestic scientists, developing the directions of financial thought set by August Ludwig's established rules.
