Formation and performance of consolidated budget of the Chechen Republic during 2000-2013

In this article the features of formation and performance of the consolidated budget of the Chechen Republic for the last fourteen years are investigated. On the basis of the structural analysis of performance of the consolidated budget of the republic during the studied period it is established its excessive dependence on gratuitous transfers from the federal budget and extreme vulnerability from an environment of federal budgetary policy in relation to the republic. Having done the developed analysis of nature of formation and performance of the consolidated budget of the Chechen Republic during 2000-2013, the author of article suggests solving a number of the tasks directed on optimization of economic and budgetary policy of the republic.
