Creating favorable conditions for use of borrowed funds in reproduction of agricultural activity

In the article on the basis of the results of researches of interest rates on the credits provided by banks to legal entities and subjects of small forms of managing of agrarian and industrial complex, the need of the state support of agricultural producers (including in respect of subsidizing of part of interest rates) is considered. Mechanisms of formation of the state guarantee fund at the regional level for ensuring return of borrowed funds and increase in volume of crediting of agricultural producers are offered.
