Risk of rhythm of cash flow of budgetary establishment

In the article it is noted that in the budgetary sector of economy not enough attention is traditionally paid to a problem of traffic control of money. Decrease in the budgetary risks has to be provided due to proportionality of receipt and distribution of money to financing of activity of the budgetary establishments. The significant role in this process is played by the income of establishments from rendering paid services.
