Statistics of financing of Russian education and science: historical data (the end of XIX - the beginning of the XXI century)

In the article the methods of creation of temporary ranks of data on financing of branches of education, scientific researches and development from various institutional sectors of the Russian national economy, and also the information value of the relevant official sources and research literature are discussed. The historical estimates of the Russian human capital calculated on their basis at recovery cost are used in neoclassical production function for the analysis of dynamics of its efficiency as production factor.
