Practice of granting the state guarantees by subjects of the Russian Federation

In the article it is noted that the state guarantees as the form of the state credit is one of instruments of realization of investment policy. The state (municipal) guarantees are provided now by federal, regional and municipal authorities. The regulatory base and practice of granting the state guarantees in a number of regions of the Russian Federation are analyzed. The systematization of dynamics, the structure and conditions of granting the state guarantees is given in the regional level.
