Jamaican currency system: problems and reforming ways

In the article influence of existing world currency system on the international financial relations and national economy - the issuer of leading reserve currency is considered. The possible ways of reforming of the Jamaican currency system are analyzed. IMF activity in the field of currency regulation and overcoming of crises, experience of introduction of the standard of the Special rights of loans (SDR) are estimated. The conclusion is drawn that creation of the new international structure operating in parallel with IMF, and introduction in the address of the supranational monetary unit, capable to create alternative as to dollar, and euro now is possible.
