In modern conditions the problems of food security of the state gain the increasing relevance and demand the immediate decision. One of solutions of the specified problems is use of forms and methods of a project financing of agro-industrial complex, their realization will allow not only to increase outputs of food, to reduce import of food production, but also to raise a standard of living and purchasing power of the population of the Russian Federation.
