Legalization of shadow sector of economy as factor of increase of economic activity of regions (on materials to the Republic of Dagestan)

In the article the place and a role of legalization of shadow business as factor of stimulation of economic activity of regions are revealed. It is analyzed major factors having impact on an employment rate of the population and growth of tax revenues. The author offers a number of actions for legalization of shadow sector of economy and to identification of reserves of tax capacity of the region, in such branches as construction, wholesale and retail trade. The recommendations on tax incentives of economic activity of subjects of small business are offered
