In the article the consequence of the financial crisis became more careful approach to developing strategies expansion of financial intermediaries in the regions, with the penetration and intersectional integration, for accounting positions and competitive advantages, both in the regions and in the adjacent sectors of the financial market, which leads to the need to consider the factors of value creation: adaptation, concentration, potential for arbitrage, integration and innovation are presented.
