The article highlights some actual, causing fierce debate topic exports financial capital of Russia, implemented as national corporations has increased dramatically in recent years, the volume of direct investment abroad, and by the government, to rapidly increase its international reserves. In this regard, today in Russia on the agenda are issues of increasing the efficiency of public and private investment abroad, by using their high-priority areas of the national economy. Some conclusions of the author in this area are contained in the present paper.
