In the article an efficient, intuitive tool for managing operational risk - risk map, which defines dangerous bottlenecks in the banking are presented. On the example of the Russian commercial bank stage-by-stage management of operational risks is developed. Application of the presented package of measures will allow banks to receive effective control behind risk, to reduce quantity of cases of approach of operational losses that will increase trust from clients and partners of bank.
