In the article the actual material of the judicial and economic examination which has taken place on a civil case in court of law in 2013 in connection with the claim of the individual to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation is used. The questions concerning determination of face value of bonds of the State domestic premium bonds of 1982, valid conclusions of purchasing power and market cost of the specified bonds are considered. The condition of the legislation regulating repayment of the Russian Federation of an internal public debt on the Soviet bonds is characterized. Due to the forthcoming introduction of this legislation financial prospects are presented to action for owners of the Soviet bonds.
