Dealer-bank-borrower model as way of car lending process improvement in Russian full-service banks

The current situation at the Russian car loan market can be described as expansion of foreign captive banks. Strengthening the position of national banks requires the improvement of methodological support the process of car loans.Within the framework of car lending process improvement "dealer-bank-borrower" business model are developed. In its basis change of functional interaction of structural divisions of the bank focused on crediting of car dealers and on car loans lies.
