Technique of decision-making on possibility of application of outsourcing in holdings

In the article it is noted that outsourcing is applied as the small organizations to decrease in expenses for performance of separate functions, and large holdings. In the holdings the solution of certain problems of management of the affiliated organizations forces of one organization within all holding, i.e. outsourcing application is possible. In this case, the organization must determine - how beneficial it is for the transition to outsourcing. The scheme is offered, being guided which it is possible to make the decision on transition to outsourcing.
