Globalization and the entry of Russia into the WTO the most important factors of development of Russian insurance market at present stage

The article is devoted to the analysis of influence of factors of globalization and the entry of the Russian Federation into the WTO on preservation of functions of the Russian insurance as strategic sector of national economy. Two main manifestations of these factors are allocated. The assessment of their influence is carried out through the analysis of possibility of performance by the Russian insurance of the strategic functions and conditions of their realization.
