Models and mechanisms for financing innovative activities with participation of banks in sample pharmaceutical cluster in the North Caucasus Federal District

In the article on the basis of the analysis of foreign and domestic experience of regional statistics mechanisms of interaction of banks and the enterprises of a farmclaster within venture financing are specified and brought to structural and logical models. The main directions of regional cluster policy are corrected.
