In the article key positions of application of customer-centric model of conducting business processes of banks on production of the mass and customized product on the basis of creation of chains of values for the bank consumer are considered. The effective system of a chain of values in bank is shown, the stages are described and recommendations on conducting business processes of domestic banks on the basis of customer-centric model are made.
