Implementation of international requirements to capital (Basel III) in banking sector of Russia

In the article it is noted that since March, 2013 the technique of determination of size and an assessment of sufficiency of the capital of the credit organizations taking into account the international approaches to increase of stability of the banking sector, developed by Bank of Russia on the basis of requirements of Basel of III came into force. Compliance of a technique of Bank of Russia to requirements of Basel committee on bank supervision and influence of innovations on activity of the Russian banks are investigated.
