Reform of state financial planning and control in the Russian empire in 60-years of XIX century: experience of historical research

In the article it is researched the processes of reforming of the state financial control and planning in the Russian Empire in the 60th years of XIX century. On the basis of historical sources (1880-1890's) are considered the most important processes and described the principal results which were achieved in the scale of extensive financial reforms.
