Formation of financial flows in system of voluntary certification of personnel in tourism and service

In the article it is noted that the problem of quality of education and providing a labor market with qualified personnel gained recently still big relevance. The results of research of interaction of the appraisal center and certification of qualifications and the expert and methodical center in the field of tourism and service with executive authorities, with education, with participants of procedure of certification (consumers) are presented. The directions and the maintenance of financial streams between basic elements of system of voluntary certification of the personnel in the field of tourism and service are described.
