Analysis of availability of housing in secondary market of Moscow with use of integrated indexes

In the article it is noted that providing citizens with affordable and comfortable housing is an important priority of the state social policy. For the solution of this task it is important to have exact tools of an assessment of availability of housing. The practical analysis of availability of housing in the secondary market of Moscow with use of progressive methods in which basis the concepts "distribution function" and "quantile", known probabilities from the theory and statistics, and the concept of Value-at-Risk which has gained distribution in the sphere of finance and a risk management is carried out.
