Concept of crisis management by industrial enterprise in bankruptcy procedures

In the article it is presented the concept of management by the industrial enterprise in the bankruptcy procedures, based on functional approach to its structure and considering bankruptcy as a crisis stage of life cycle of the organization, creating opportunities for overcoming of instability and failures in economic activity. Within this concept the principles, factors, organizational and economic mechanisms and tools, risks and information and analytical base of ensuring effective management by the industrial enterprise when passing procedures of bankruptcy are defined.
