Economic regulators of foreign trade activity: comparative characteristic. Tariff regulation

In the article it is noted that economic regulators, purposefully influencing the size and/or structure of a project cost of regulation, change profitability of the foreign trade operations, having thereby impact on enterprise decisions. Mechanisms of functioning of traditional regulators of the foreign trade activity are considered. It is shown that the result of their application depends as by nature regulatory influence, and on a way of its task. Operation of tariff regulators of different forms of a task as main tools of system of regulation is analyzed. It is emphasized that the understanding of the mechanism of regulation is necessary for increase of efficiency of made decisions as the regulator (state), and subjects of business.
