Phenomenon of open economy from the perspective of national security

In the article the impact of the transformation processes taking place in the world, characterized by increased openness of national economies, and the difficulties and uncertainties of uniformity of behavior of the global economic and financial system at the level of threats to national security are considered. The assumption of the causes of these transformations and the need for radical structural reform of the entire system of financial and economic relations and the social structure as an integral part of human existence are presented.
