Creation of institutional environment of venture activity to ensure the quality of the Russian economy

In the article the theory of venture activity as a mechanism objectively needed for economic development are considered. Social and economic value of venture activity and scales of its development in the most developed economic systems is described. On the basis of the comparative analysis of the largest markets of the venture capital with the Russian market it is concluded that the need of formation of the institutional environment of venture activity for ensuring high-quality development of the Russian economy.
