Economics and management mechanism to stimulate investment and innovation in enterprises: detections and conditions

In the article the mechanisms of tax incentives and investment innovation of enterprises are considered. Current problems of the tax incentives in Russia are identified; the approaches to the improvement of tax legislation, and the main directions and conditions for the implementation of innovative activities of enterprises with the world experience are defined. Also in the article various methods of tax incentives that are largely liberal and innovative, able to solve problems and improve the level of economic development of enterprises are proposed.
